Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can take the free 25-question NCE Readiness Check with no account or payment information. A paid plan is required for the full question bank, simulations, exams, and analytics.
What happens after the free readiness check?
Your results, full rationales, and selected insights are available immediately. To continue with the full prep system — 1,500+ questions, simulations, exams, and study tools — choose a paid plan.
What's the difference between the passes?
The 30-Day Sprint, 90-Day Mastery, and 6-Month Deluxe passes are one-time payments for a fixed window of full access — no automatic renewal. Monthly is a recurring subscription that bills each month until you cancel.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes, anytime. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. One-time passes don't need cancellation; they simply expire at the end of their access window.
Do I lose my progress when a pass expires?
No. Your account, practice history, scores, and study plan are always retained. When access expires you can purchase another pass or start a monthly plan to reopen premium features.
Are refunds available?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case. Use the Contact page with your account email and transaction details.
