CounselorIQ™ is operated by Hunt Digital Ventures LLC. We collect the minimum personal data needed to operate your account and track your study progress: your email address, role, and the practice and performance data you generate by using the app. We do not collect or store clinical records, client information, or health records. This application is not intended to hold any protected health information.

Your progress data (sessions, attempts, mastery, study plans) is visible only to you and to administrators of this application. Access is enforced through role-based permissions in the database and backend.

CounselorIQ™ is an independently developed exam preparation program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). All questions are original content created for this program. By using CounselorIQ™ you agree to use it for personal exam preparation and not to copy or redistribute the question content.

Content reflects counseling knowledge current as of the listed blueprint version. This program addresses counselor-scope preparation and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis of clients, medication guidance, or legal advice; consult your jurisdiction's rules for authoritative guidance.

CounselorIQ™, its content, and all features are provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The creator and agency make no representation that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defect will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator, agency, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, CounselorIQ™ — including but not limited to loss of exam fees, lost income, failure to pass the NCE, or any decision made in reliance on practice scores, readiness estimates, or study recommendations. Your use is at your sole risk.

CounselorIQ™ is an educational study aid. Practice scores, readiness indicators, and study plans reflect your preparation progress and do not predict, promise, or guarantee any NCE result. Passing the National Counselor Examination depends on many factors outside this program, including your individual study, testing conditions, and the exam content you receive.

Nothing in CounselorIQ™ constitutes clinical supervision, licensure advice, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. Practice scenarios are educational vignettes and do not refer to real clients. Always follow your jurisdiction's rules, your supervisor's guidance, and applicable law for authoritative decisions about your practice, licensure, or scope of practice.

All questions, rationales, explanations, and study materials in CounselorIQ™ are original works created for this program and are protected by copyright. They are not copied from the NCE or any third party. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, or otherwise reproduce the content in whole or in part. Unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

You are responsible for verifying that CounselorIQ™ meets your jurisdiction's preparation requirements and for any decisions you make based on your results. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator, agency, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

You may request an export of your progress data (sessions, attempts, mastery, and study recommendations) at any time. Email support@mycounseloriq.com to initiate an export of your account data.

You can delete your account and all associated progress data at any time from the Account page in the app. This permanently erases your sessions, attempts, mastery, study plans, and subscriptions, and cannot be undone.
