CounselorIQ™ is operated by Hunt Digital Ventures, LLC. By creating an account or using CounselorIQ™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms work alongside our Privacy & Trust policy.

CounselorIQ™ is an independently developed exam preparation program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). All questions are original content created for this program; the platform contains no actual NCE questions.

CounselorIQ™ is an educational study aid. Practice scores, readiness indicators, and study plans reflect your preparation progress and do not predict, promise, or guarantee any NCE result.

All questions, rationales, explanations, simulations, and study materials in CounselorIQ™ are original, proprietary works created for this program and are protected by copyright. They are not copied from the NCE or any third party. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or use the content to create competing study products, in whole or in part. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You may use CounselorIQ™ for your personal exam preparation. You may not share your account credentials, scrape or bulk-download content, use the platform to train derivative question banks, or reverse-engineer the application.

CounselorIQ™, its content, and all features are provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We make no representation that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defect will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator, agency, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, CounselorIQ™ — including but not limited to loss of exam fees, lost income, failure to pass the NCE, or any decision made in reliance on practice scores, readiness estimates, or study recommendations. Your use is at your sole risk.

Nothing in CounselorIQ™ constitutes clinical supervision, licensure advice, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. Practice scenarios are educational vignettes and do not refer to real clients. Always follow your jurisdiction's rules, your supervisor's guidance, and applicable law.

You are responsible for verifying that CounselorIQ™ meets your jurisdiction's preparation requirements and for any decisions you make based on your results. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator, agency, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

CounselorIQ offers a free 25-question NCE Readiness Check — no account or payment required — with immediate results, full rationales, and selected performance insights. Full access to the question bank, simulations, exams, and analytics requires a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Monthly Access ($29.99/month): a recurring subscription that bills automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

Fixed-duration passes: the 30-Day Sprint ($39.99), 90-Day Mastery ($79.99), and 6-Month Deluxe Pass ($129.99) are one-time, non-recurring payments for a fixed window of full access. They do not renew and simply expire at the end of their access window.

One purchase activates one individual account; credentials may not be shared. Deleting your account cancels any active recurring subscription immediately so no further charges occur.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion. To request a refund, use the Contact page or in-app Feedback link with your account email and transaction details.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method through Stripe. Access to premium features is revoked once a refund is processed. Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund — please request one before deleting.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated reference. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
